Who you're working with
Hi, I'm Maggie Beaini.
For the past few years my team and I have led the pickleball program at one of the largest health clubs in the country — we coach hundreds of players every month. So I know exactly what it feels like to put your name on something and hope it goes right for your people.
That's why every Inclusive Oasis retreat is one we host personally. We vet the resort, we plan the sessions, we're on the court all week. I'm not a travel agent who found a resort deal — I'm a coach who got tired of watching good coaches skip retreats because the logistics were miserable.
I work with certified coaches with real experience. I don't partner with just anyone — that's how I protect your reputation and mine.

Your commission arrives within 48 hours. You'll know your exact number before you board the plane.
Questions & answers
Minimum 8 for single-occupancy rooms, or 16 for double-occupancy. Retreats run a minimum of 5 nights and a maximum of 10 days.
Moon Palace all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, Jamaica, Punta Cana, Cozumel and Los Cabos. We'll help you pick based on your retreat's theme and your group.
Accommodation, food, drinks and activities — all free. Your only expense is your flight.
A $200 non-refundable deposit per person at booking. Final payment is due 120 days before departure. If they register inside 120 days, full payment is due 7 days after registration.
The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations 76–90 days before the trip receive a 50% refund of the total paid. Cancellations 75 days or fewer before the trip receive no refund.
A one-time $499 processing fee, payable 48 hours after the retreat. Nothing upfront. No hidden fees. All commissions are written into your contract.
No. Every client payment is processed through us. You never touch a transaction, chase a deposit or issue a refund.
Yes. We work with certified coaches who have real experience with their own clients. This protects everyone — your people, and ours.
Pickleball, yoga, tennis, couples, women's retreats, wellness and more. If you have a theme, we can probably build it.
